- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 3 ⅛ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 ¼ cups vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 1 ¼ cups chopped pecans
Preheat stove to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Margarine and flour two 9 x 5-inch portion skillet.
Cut strawberries and spot in medium-sized bowl. Sprinkle delicately with sugar, and put in a safe spot while getting ready hitter.
