  • 1 (29 ounces) can solid pack pumpkin
  • 2 ½ cups white sugar
  • 1 ½ cups vegetable oil
  • 5 eaches eggs
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt


  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup butter softened
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups sifted confectioners’ sugar


Step 1:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a jelly roll pan.

Step 2:
